Wanted: Return of my recycle bin!

I hate to be negative, but someone stealing my blue recycle bin? Really? It's bad enough last year one of my trash cans was recently stolen, the funny part about that is that I spray painted the container with bright orange paint and from my upstairs window I can see the can in my neighbors back yard on the next street over. Not very neighborly? Add this to the hundreds of dollars of music CD's stolen from my wife's car while it was in the driveway, makes me have the need to air my disdain for some who just don't care.
So, lock your cars, maybe chain your trash cans? Who knows. This angers me. I'm more disappointed than angry.
