The subdivision is shaping up nicely. It's fun to watch the new houses being built. I have to say, the newer Lennar homes seem to have very nice architectural features and the latest section of the development is moving along quite well.
Lennar is also doing a much better job of policing their subcontractors. The lots are clean of construction debris and it's not flying all around the neighborhood.
Overall, I'm pleased with our decision to move into Walnut Creek. There are some concerns mainly cosmetic as residents seem to have different lawn maintenance standards. (In fact some don't care for their property at all) I don't give the current HOA very high marks in this regard.
